How to upload your Congress presentation

AS AUTHOR/PRESENTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED A PERSONAL LINK TO UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION.

The deadline to upload your presentation is at 11:00 am on Monday October 13th. 
We strongly recommend that you use this possibility to upload your presentation in advance.
We also appreciate if you provide a short biography (see below).

If you are unable to upload your presentation in advance, a staffed speakers’ room will be available at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center.

 Instructions for Uploading Your Presentation

  • Locate your name in the upper right corner and click on it. Continue by clicking on the menu item ”My profile.”
  • Under ”My profile,” you will see all presentations or events in which you have an active role.
  • Click on the name of an event, which will take you to the session page where your presentation is scheduled.
  • Below your presentation(s) is an information box with links to upload your PowerPoint (preferred) or pdf.
  • Click on the PowerPoint icon and select the presentation you wish to upload, or the pdf icon should you want to upload a pdf presentation instead.
  • The menu bar will close automatically once the upload is finished, and you will see a success message in the lower-left corner.
  • A green PowerPoint/pdf symbol indicates a successful upload.

Revised version
If you have the need to update your presentation, simply follow the steps above and upload a new version. The system will replace your old version with the new one. Please be advised that this is only possible ahead of afformentioned deadline. 

Update your profile image and biography
When you have uploaded your presentation. You can also, upload a profile image and write a short biography about yourself. This is also done by clicking on your name in the top right corner, and click ”settings”
